If you see an item out of stock please use the notify when back in stock button to register your interest and we will contact you.

ORDERS

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Any orders placed over a weekend or bank holiday will be processed the next working day. You will receive an order confirmation email from I Am Denim. Please check spam/junk folders if it’s not immediately visible.

Once your order is on its way we’ll let you know via email. All orders are fully tracked and we'll email you a link to your tracking information once your parcel has left the warehouse. All orders to the UK are free.

DELIVERY POLICY

All orders are dispatched within 72 hours of placing an order unless stated otherwise. Some jeans take longer to dispatch as they are hand finished. We will keep you up to date by email. Please make sure to enter a full delivery address, daytime phone number and email so we can contact you if we need to about your delivery.

UK ORDERS

All UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service and should arrive around 3-5 days.

INTERNATIONAL & EUROPE ORDERS

We ship worldwide using DHL

CUSTOMS

All customs, duties and taxes are covered by us.

LOST PARCELS

Should your order get lost, it’s rare but it does happen, please let us know immediately. To help speed things up we’ll need your order number (this should be in your dispatch confirmation) and the delivery address. This helps us trace your parcel with the right carrier.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you need to return your item please make sure it is unworn, unwashed and with the original tags attached, free from make-up, stains and pet hair. Please make sure to include your name, order number and reason for return.

Returns need to be made within 14 days of placing your order.

Refunds will be issued within 7 working days of receiving your item.

We are always happy to exchange an item if you need a different size or style. Please make sure when returning your item you keep your proof of purchase of the return. Its rare but sometimes items go missing in the post and this will help to track the item. Customers are responsible for the cost of return.

Of course, it's fine to try an item on like you would in a shop, but please don't wear it for longer than that. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return. In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them. This includes the original packaging with all tags and labels attached
